MIC Electronics allots 1.05 crore warrants

MIC Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2010, inter alia, has allotted 1,05,00,000 (One Crore Five Lakhs Only) Preferential Convertible share warrants pursuant to members approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 09, 2009 and in-principle approval letters from regulatory authorities.

The stock was trading at Rs.47, down by Rs.1.40 or 2.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.50 and low of Rs.46.85.

The total traded quantity was 639746 compared to 2 week average of 1292655.
