K Sera Sera Productions to consider raising funds on Jan 23, 2010

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2010, to consider proposal for fund raising through Qualified Institutions Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers in accordance with the ICDR Regulations prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India / Reserve Bank of India.

The Board will consider proposal for fund raising through preferential issue to FIIs and HT Media.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.04, down by Rs.0.35 or 2.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.78 and low of Rs.13.
