Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services allots 358380 Equity Shares

Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 11, 2010, has allotted 3,58,380 Equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each under Employee Stock Option Plan 2005 and 41,692 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each under ESOP 2005 (Reissue - 1) upon exercise of stock options by employees of the Company.
