Sical Logistics cancels repurchased FCCBs

Sical Logistics Ltd has now announced with reference to earlier annoucement dated December 17, 2009 regarding purchase of FCCBs from the open market, that the Board of Directors have now authorised the Company to cancel the already purchased 38250 FCCBs each of USD 1000 aggregating to USD 38.25 million [face value].

The stock was trading at Rs.75.60, up by Rs.6.85 or 9.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.75.60 and low of Rs.69.10.

The total traded quantity was 107999 compared to 2 week average of 59625.
