Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision allots GDRs

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2009, inter alia, has issued and allotted 1,77,77,770 Global depositary Receipts of US$ of 4.05 each i.e. 5,33,33,310 equity shares of Re. 1 Each fully paid up. The GDR so issued shall be listed at Luxemburg Stock Exchange and the underlying shares shall be listed on the BSE/NSE where the existing shares of the Company are listed and traded.

The stock was trading at Rs.77.05, up by Rs.2.15 or 2.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.20 and low of Rs.75.

The total traded quantity was 1919084 compared to 2 week average of 716952.
