Punj Lloyd allots 177410 Shares under ESOPs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on December 07, 2009 has allotted 1,77,410 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 7,230 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.208.30, up by Rs.1.75 or 0.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.209 and low of Rs.205.

The total traded quantity was 587652 compared to 2 week average of 1307103.
