Gruh Finance allots 10448 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company on December 04, 2009, allotted 10,448 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,69,26,080 consisting 3,46,92,608 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.205.75, up by Rs.6.90 or 3.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.215 and low of Rs.201.60.

The total traded quantity was 24573 compared to 2 week average of 8730.
