Sejal Architectural to consider allotment of 50 lakh warrants on Dec 03, 2009

Sejal Architectural Glass Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 03, 2009, to consider allotment of 50,00,000 Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 40/- each with an option to convert into equivalent Equity Shares within a period of Eighteen months from the date of allotment.

The allottees include Sejal Float Glass Ltd. : 45,50,000 (No. of Warrants) and Hero Multi Pap Pvt. Ltd. : 4,50,000 (No. of Warrants).

The stock closed the day at Rs.51.85, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.45 and low of Rs.50.20.

The total traded quantity was 19267 compared to 2 week average of 33179.
