Edserv Softsystems to consider allotment of warrants, overseas issue on Dec 04, 2009

Edserv Softsystems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 04, 2009, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the allotment of 2,27,273 fully convertible warrants to the promoters Mr. S. Giridharan and Mrs. G. Gita.

The Board will also consider the proposal to raise funds through International Capital Markets including the issue of ADR/GDR/FCCB and other Instruments.

The stock closed the day at Rs.219.55, up by Rs.1.45 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.226 and low of Rs.207.20.

The total traded quantity was 93208 compared to 2 week average of 106932.
