DB International Stock Brokers to consider conversion of 40 lakh warrants on Dec 03, 2009

DB International Stock Brokers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 03, 2009, inter alia, to consider conversion of 40,00,000 warrants into equity shares and allotment of 40,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.41.90, up by Rs.1.95 or 4.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.90 and low of Rs.38.50.
