ACC allots 6600 Shares

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated November 23, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 6,600 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme 2004.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,11,017 shares to 18,77,17,617 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.

The stock was trading at Rs.797.90, up by Rs.13.90 or 1.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.799.30 and low of Rs.781.60.

The total traded quantity was 81229 compared to 2 week average of 104210.
