Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 58396 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at it Meeting held on November 24, 2009 has allotted 58,396 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 14,040 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01: 20,894 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/03: 1200 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/06: 770 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12: 21492 equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.780, down by Rs.22.10 or 2.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.808 and low of Rs.778.50.

The total traded quantity was 159535 compared to 2 week average of 164919.
