Sri Adhikari Brothers allots 91.75 lakh warrants

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2009, inter-alia, has approved the issue and allotment of 91,75,000 Warrants for cash at a price of Rs. 25.25 (Rupees Twenty Five and Paise Twenty Five Only) carrying an option / entitlement to subscribe for equivalent no. of Equity shares of Rs.10/- each within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment of these warrants to the entities as per chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.

Mr. Ravi Adhikari was allotted 9,25,000 warrants, Keynote Enterprises Pvt Ltd was allotted 27,50,000 warrants, Inayata Constructions Pvt Ltd was allotted 27,50,000 warrants and Assent Trading Pvt. Ltd was allotted 27,50,000 warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.80, down by Rs.0.40 or 1.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.50 and low of Rs.25.50.

The total traded quantity was 3975 compared to 2 week average of 12633.
