HDFC allots 116417 Equity Shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on November 17, 2009, allotted 1,16,417 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs and exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,47,15,700 consisting 28,54,71,570 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2754.60, down by Rs.5.40 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2779.80 and low of Rs.2712.50.

The total traded quantity was 55668 compared to 2 week average of 74197.
