Syschem India allots 44000000 warrants

Syschem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 4,40,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants to other than promoters on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.0.86, up by Rs.0.04 or 4.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.0.86 and low of Rs.0.80.

The total traded quantity was 25921 compared to 2 week average of 41061.
