Cambridge Technology to consider raising funds on Nov 11, 2009

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve issue of equity shares to QIBs / Mutual Funds / Corporate Bodies etc., through QIP route aggregating to Rs. 25 Crores on preferential basis pursuant to Chapter VIII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 subject to approval of shareholders at a general meeting.
