Sam Leaseco to consider allotment of 80000 preference shares on Nov 10, 2009

Sam Leaseco Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2009, to approve the allotment of 80,000 Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each fully paid-up of the Company.
