Allied Digital Services allots 152200 shares

Allied Digital Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has approved the Allotment of 152,200 Equity Shares pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The stock was trading at Rs.431.50, up by Rs.6.75 or 1.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.437 and low of Rs.424.

The total traded quantity was 16997 compared to 2 week average of 76742.
