Gulshan Polyols approves proposal to raise $10 million

Gulshan Polyols Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved issuance of FCCB / GDR / ADR / QIP upto an amount of USD 10 million, Subject to the approval of Shareholders U/s 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock was trading at Rs.116.30, up by Rs.1.60 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.123.90 and low of Rs.115.75.

The total traded quantity was 524 compared to 2 week average of 5391.
