TeleCanor Global Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2009, to convert all the sharewarrants allotted on September 04, 2008 (into equity shares as per the terms of issue), standing in the Name of Mr. Hemant Kumar Gupta, as per permissions accorded for the issue and the governing guidelines.
