Intra Infotech allots 20 lakh preference shares

Intra Infotech Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on October 06, 2009, has allotted 20,00,000 (Twenty Lacs) fully paid 10% Non Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 90/-. aggregating to Rs. 20 Crores to Fortune Buildprop Pvt. Ltd., the promoter of the Company on preferential basis.
