Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Company has redeemed 9,966,667 outstanding Non-Convertible Preference Shares of face value Rs. 157.39 per share, held by Oberon Ltd. in the Company. Consequently, the paid-up preference share capital in the Company stands fully repaid.
