Goa Carbon Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 08, 2009, to consider to issue further Equity Shares, in addition to the agenda to take on record Un-audited Financial Results for the three months period ended on September 30, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.108.60, up by Rs.7.55 or 7.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.110 and low of Rs.99.05.
