Syschem India approves allotment of 4.4 crore warrants

Syschem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2009, has approved allotment of 4,40,00,000 Convertible Warrants to Promoters, Body Corporates, Strategic Investors and others on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.0.67, up by Rs.0.03 or 4.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.0.67 and low of Rs.0.67.

The total traded quantity was 52687 compared to 2 week average of 39635.
