Marg Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2009 allotted 6,771,619 Convertible Warrants to Promoters, Promoters' Group, Employees and Associates on Preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.140.75, down by Rs.7.40 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.146.80 and low of Rs.140.75.

The total traded quantity was 153980 compared to 2 week average of 133696.
