Electrotherm India Ltd to raise Rs.100 Crores

Electrotherm India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 16, 2006, has approved to raise the funds by issue of Equity Shares through QIP route or any other route upto Rs 1000 million.
