UT Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2009 has approved the Preferential Issue of 13,81,448 equity shares at a price of Rs 11.65 (including a premium of Rs 1.65) per share to M/s. MBCV Holdings Ltd., Non Promoter.
