Divis Laboratories allots 64847975 bonus shares

Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors in its meeting held on August 02, 2009 made the allotment of 64847975 equity shares of Rs 2/- each as Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:1. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to 129695950 equity shares from 64847975 equity shares of face value Rs 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.505, down by Rs.6.80 or 1.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.528 and low of Rs.502.25.
