Gillanders Arbuthnot equity shareholders approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd has announced that the Ordinary Shareholders of both Waldies Ltd. and the Company have approved the aforesaid Scheme at their respective General Meetings held on August 07, 2006 by requisite majority.

Necessary applications have also been filed with the Hon´ble High Court at Calcutta for their approval to the Scheme.
