Arihant Foundations to approve allotment of warrants on Aug 05, 2009

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2009, inter alia, to approve the allotment of 15,50,000 convertible warrants to Promoters and Body Corporate.
