Speciality Papers Board recommends Dividend

Speciality Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 5% per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 2006.

Speciality Papers Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 06, 2006 to September 13, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend & 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 13, 2006.
