ACC allots 5400 shares

ACC Ltd has announced that at the Meeting of the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on July 23, 2009.

5,400 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme under ESOS 2004.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,96,022 shares to 18,77,01,422 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
