              The trustees of UTI Mutual Fund have approved July 24, 2009 as the record date for declaration of 5% dividend or upto 90% of distributable surplus available as on the record date, whichever is lower under Dividend Option of UTI Dividend Yield Fund.
Accordingly dividend will be paid to all the unitholders whose names appear on the Register of investors/unitholders of the schemes, on July 24, 2009 subject to availability of distributable surplus under the scheme.
The Face Value of Mutual Fund units are Rs 10 and the dividend declared is 5% or Rs 0.50 per unit.
The NAV (Net Asset Value) of UTI Dividend Yield Fund was Rs 11.56 on July 16, 2009. It should be noted that pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme would fall to the extent of dividend payout and statutory levy if any.
