Cubical Financial Services to consider allottment of 1 crore shares on July 15, 2009

Cubical Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2009, to issue and allot 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to the promoters / strategic investors on a preferential allotment basis in terms of the approval of members of the Company granted in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 24, 2009.
