Neo Corp to consider issue of warrants on July 14, 2009

Neo Corp International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2009, to consider and approve the issue of Share Warrants convertible into equity shares to the promoters and other strategic investors as per the SEBI guidelines and all other rules and regulations as may be applicable.

The Board to consider and fix up the date, time and place to the hold the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to approve the above.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.80, down by Rs.1.30 or 4.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.30 and low of Rs.29.80.
