Punj Lloyd allots 13145 Shares under ESOPs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on July 09, 2009 has allotted 13145 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 5375 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the Company.
