Amtek India allots 12110000 Warrants

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 08, 2009 has allotted 121,10,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 39/- aggregating to Rs 49.65 Crores to the promoters group Companies by way of preferential allotment.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.55, down by Rs.1.95 or 5.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.30 and low of Rs.33.15.

The total traded quantity was 48228 compared to 2 week average of 202917.
