Modern Malleables to consider allotment of 10.5 crore shares on Jul 27, 2009

Modern Malleables Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2009, to consider and approve allotment of 10,50,00,000 equity shares of Re 1/- each on preferential basis as per directions of BIFR vide their order dated January 13, 2009.
