Kopran to issue 19.5 lakh warrants, 18.5 lakh shares

Kopran Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, has decided to issue on Preferential basis 19,50,000 Warrants and 18,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, to the Promoters / Associates at a price arrived at as per SEBI Guidelines.
