International Conveyors Board recommends 10% dividend

International Conveyors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2006, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 10% (Rs 1/- per share for the financial year 2005-06).

Further the Company has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 16, 2006 to August 31, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 31, 2006. Dividend is payable from September 04, 2006.
