MRF Board to recommend final dividend

MRF Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider, approve and publish the Annual Audited Results for the year ended September 30, 2006 alongwith the figures for last quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any.
