Parsvnath Developers clarifies on news item regarding arrangement with RIL

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily, Parsvnath Developers Ltd has clarified that the news item appears to be some advertisement by an investment Advisory Concern. Regarding the speculation about the Company making an announcement in respect of any arrangement with RIL, the Company has informed that, as on date no contract / understanding has been recorded between the Company and RIL with regard to construction of shopping malls of RIL. In case there is any such eventuality, the same will be informed.
