Parsvnath Developers bags commercial plot in DDA open auction

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that the Company participated in an open auction for commercial plots conducted by Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on December 07, 2006 and were successful in bagging a commercial plot admeasuring 7232.81 sq. mtrs. situated at Twin District Centre, New Delhi for a price of Rs 231.01 crores. The plot will be used for building a retail / commercial / office complex.
