Pentium Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company has tied up with M/s Rajvi Construction of Gujarat for the Developing of Shopping Malls, Residential Complex, Commercial Complex etc. With the Company new in this Business it makes sense to tie up with some well known builders for Construction & Infrastructure related projects. Rajvi Constructions is a leading Player in the Realty Sector for last eight years. Rajvi Constructions has already constructed Residential & Commercial Complexes, Shopping Malls etc., in the State of Gujarat. The Board of Directors of the Company has already approved the investment limit of Rs 80 Millions for this Business.

Company has recently announced its foray in to Infrastructure & Construction Business for which Board has called meeting on December 20, 2006 for alteration of its main objects of the Company & Memorandum & Article of association of Company.
