IOC Board to declare interim dividend

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2006 to consider declaration of Interim Dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, December 27, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend, if declard by the Board, would be dispatched to the eligible shareholders by January 08, 2007.
