ORG Informatics raises US$ 10 million through GDR issue

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that the Company has raised US$ 10,000,000.00 by way of issuing Global Depositary Receipts in the international markets. The Global Depositary Receipts will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Elara Capital Plc, London was the Lead Manager for the Issue.
