HCL Infrastructure Services Division cited as a 'LEADER' in Global Delivery of Infrastructure Management in Europe by an Independent Research firm

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that, in a report by Forrester Research, Inc., an independent research firm, HCL Technologies, Infrastructure Services Division (HCL ISD), has been cited as a ‘Leader’ in Global Delivery of Infrastructure Management in Europe. HCL was among the select Companies that Forrester invited to participate in this study titled 'Forrester Wave(TM): Global Delivery Infrastructure Management for Europe, Q4 2006', December 2006.

The Report evaluated HCL's capability in this space vis-a-vis seven other Indian vendors, and cited HCL as a 'Leader'. HCL earned the highest score for 'Strategy' addressing the Infrastructure Management global delivery market in Europe.

HCL also received the highest score (5) on criteria such as consolidation and virtualization, service management, management tools, global delivery model, offshore / nearshore staff, vision and productivity investments, asset and staff transfer, adaptive sourcing, account profile revenue growth and desktops management. Overall the report rated the Companies based on a comprehensive set of 25 evaluation criteria grouped under three main categories, namely, Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence.
