Polaris Software clarifies on news item regarding Fujitsu eyeing the company

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Fujitsu set to log out of Zensar, eyes Polaris", Polaris Software Lab Ltd has clarified that the news item published is neither from the Company nor from any of the Company's authorised representatives. The Company has not sent out any such communication either to press or the analysts. The Company denies such news.
