Q-Flex Cables to consider acquisition of Asia Cables

Q-Flex Cables Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006, to consider for take over of the business comprising of all assets and liabilities of M/s. Asia Cables, a partnership firm which is in the line of same business for revival of the Company in consideration of equity shares of the Company as per valuation to be carried out by the registered valuer and approval of the Board Subject to approval of the BIFR.
