Orbit Corporation Ltd has announced that the a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 03, 2009, inter alia, to consider proposal for fund raising through Qualified Institutions Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers in accordance with the Guidelines prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India / Reserve Bank of India and other related matters.
